Nurse Practitioner - Swain Family Care

Under the direct supervision of the supervising physician, assesses patients and prescribes/delivers medical care; performs focused case management activities by prescribing/rendering medications; collaborates with employees and other providers.
1.Certification by the North Carolina Medical Board to practice as Nurse Practitioner, having met all requirements.
2.One year of experience in outpatient/inpatient experience is preferred.
3.Computer skills are desirable.
1.Ability to lift and move at least 40 pounds.
2.Ability to see colors.
3.Ability to hear and distinguish sound, to check BP.
4.Ability to reach overhead and grasp objects.
5.Ability to remain calm, continue to function effectively and develop priorities during stressful situations.
6.Ability to communicate effectively using written and verbal media.
7.Ability to move and operate equipment.
8.Manual dexterity adequate to keypunch data on a keyboard.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
